How it all Started!

mobriseHealth Inc, was formed to provide the best and innovative solutions for our Healthcare clients.

We believe that digital health revolution is fundamentally changing the way patients and providers interact and provide patient care.

Our success is dependent on identifying good use cases to implement our core technology. With this in mind, we are currently focused on addressing the problem of patient adherence, chronic care management and remote patient monitoring in the healthcare space.

Mission: Our mission is to make doctor-patient communications and patient compliance extremely easy and cost effective for chronic patients. Our initial focus is on diabetic/pre-diabetic and obese patient population, but we have quickly identified through Physicians requests, a multitude of departments that can use this unique service.

We want to
· Reduce the disease burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and improve the quality of life for all patients who have, or are at risk for, DM
· Reduce the diabetes induced health complications leading to higher mortality.
· Increase prevention behaviors in persons at high risk for diabetes
· Increase provider-patient communication
