We are seeking a sales executive to identify new business opportunities and establish and leverage relationships with Chief Medical Officers and other decision-makers. The sales executive will serve as a primary point of contact among buyers and decision-makers and participate in negotiating the sales contract.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans by setting clear objectives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. The sales executive will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing customized sales plans focused on business impact and competitive differentiation. Additionally, the sales executive will assist account teams to ensure client satisfaction with our products and solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, and previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director. They should possess the ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. The candidate must have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. They should also have the ability to position products against competitors and demonstrate experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

The candidate should have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.

We’re a healthcare startup seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to assist with contracts, corporate legal issues, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare legal requirements and be familiar with healthcare regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, including vendor agreements, client agreements, and service agreements

• Conduct legal research on healthcare regulations and laws

• Assist with compliance matters related to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and FDA requirements

• Support the legal team with corporate legal issues, including corporate governance and formation
